Primary Employer Incentive

To attract new jobs within the highly competitive Front Range of Colorado, the City of Englewood has authorized a Primary Employer Incentive program that is available to new or expanding employers who pledge to make a new or renewed investment in Englewood.  Through the Primary Employer Incentive, the City provides rebates to primary employers seeking to create or retain primary jobs in the community.  The incentive can rebate use taxes or permit fees to support new job growth, which enables the continual improvement of the community’s prosperity and quality of life.
