Credit Cards & No Show Policy

Tee times MUST be cancelled or modified 24 hours in advance.  If tee time was booked online, the cancellation or modification MUST be done online.  If cancellation or modification is less than 24 hours, please speak with a manager to make proper arrangements.

Cancelling or modifying your reservation in a timely manner allows others the opportunity to book a time if they would like to play. 

No Show Policy -

All times NOT cancelled or modified within the 24-hour window will be charged the full reservation fee on both the Championship and Par 3 courses.  The credit card used to make the booking will be charged.  If credit card information is not available and a consistent pattern is seen, all upcoming reservations will be canceled, and pre-payment will be required for future bookings.

Book Tee Times 

All guests may book 8 days in advance starting at 7:30 am by booking online (click the links above) or calling the Pro Shop at 303-762-2670.

Credit card information will be required when booking online.

Pre-payment will be required when booking two consecutive tee times over the phone.  If 3 or more tee times are needed, either pre-payment with advance booking fees OR a deposit with a tournament agreement will be required and must be arranged with a manager or appropriate staff member. (dependent on the number of tee times requested)
