Food Truck or Vendor

• City of Englewood Special Event Application  - $100 Application Fee
• Certificate of Insurance Listing City of Englewood as Additional Insured
• Arapahoe County Public Health Certificate
• Englewood Fire Inspection Permit or Denver Fire Inspection Permit 
• Special Event License Number (if assigned from prior year event participation)

*Food trucks and vendors please schedule an inspection with the Fire Marshal's Office at least 21 days prior to the event. Call 303-762-2473 to schedule the inspection.
