What do I have to submit?

Business (Retail/Non-Retail)

• City of Englewood Special Event Application  - $100 Application Fee
• Special Event License Number (if assigned from prior year event participation)
• A Certificate of Insurance Listing City of Englewood as Additional Insured is Required if Providing the Following: 
  • Personal Services (ex: massage, waxing, kickboxing, karate, haircuts)
  • Inflatable or hands-on obstacles (ex: bouncy castle, bungee bounce, carnival ride)
  • On-site food prep/Food prepared for immediate consumption (ex: popping popcorn, cotton candy, roasting peanuts)

   

Food Truck

• Certificate of Insurance Listing City of Englewood as Additional Insured
• Arapahoe County Health Department Certificate
• Englewood Fire Inspection Permit or Denver Fire Inspection Permit
