How much does it cost to be a vendor?
The application submittal fee to become a vendor is $100. Event fees will depend on the events you select on your application. Fees arelisted on the application. A payment link will be sent to you that will include the application fee and the event fee(s). Once payment is received you will receive a payment receipt and additional information for the event(s) you are signed up for.
Early Bird Special
Submit your application and required documents by February 14 and the annual application fee of $100 will be waived!

What do I have to submit?
Business Vendors
- City of Englewood Special Event Application - $100 Application Fee
- Special Event License Number (if assigned from prior year event participation)
- A Certificate of Insurance Listing City of Englewood as Additional Insured is Required if Providing the Following:
- Personal Services (ex: massage, waxing, kickboxing, karate, haircuts)
- Inflatable or hands-on obstacles (ex: bouncy castle, bungee bounce, carnival ride)
- On-site food prep/Food prepared for immediate consumption (ex: popping popcorn, cotton candy, roasting peanuts)
Food Trucks
- View the event slot availability here and apply for events with slots open.
- City of Englewood Special Event Application - $100 Application Fee
- Certificate of Insurance Listing City of Englewood as Additional Insured
- Arapahoe County Health Department Certificate
- Englewood Fire Inspection Permit or Denver Fire Inspection Permit
- Special Event License Number (if assigned from prior year event participation)
*Food trucks please schedule an inspection with the Fire Marshal's Office at least 21 days prior to the event. Call 303-762-2473 to schedule the inspection.
