Englewood’s Sustainability Commission will be holding an ad hoc meeting to discuss its recommendations regarding a city-wide tree protection ordinance. While this type of ordinance does not currently exist, city council is currently exploring such a possibility.
The Sustainability Commission, which is advisory in nature, has been asked for its suggestions. If you have ideas on tree protection in Englewood, please plan to attend the ad-hoc meeting on Monday, July 31 from 6-7 p.m. at the Civic Center, 3rd floor! The Sustainability Commission welcomes your input as they solidify their recommendations to council.
