Council Meetings 

City council meets for regular meetings the first and third Mondays of every month. The meetings are held in Council Chambers located on the 2nd Floor of the Civic Center (1000 Englewood Parkway, Englewood, CO 80110). The public is welcome and encouraged to attend city council meetings.

If you would like to address city council at a meeting, call the city clerk's office at 303-762-2430 no later than the Wednesday by 5 p.m. prior to the meeting at which you would like to speak. If you are not able to sign up ahead of time, you can still address city council as an unscheduled speaker.

If you sign up as a scheduled speaker you can speak for five minutes; if you attend as an unscheduled speaker, Council asks that you limit your speaking time to three minutes.

Council Study Sessions

City council study sessions are typically held every 2nd and 4th Monday. In addition, study sessions may be held prior to the regular council meeting. The study sessions are work sessions with council and staff. They are open to the public. For study session details, visit our Meetings Portal page.

If you have a disability and need auxiliary aids or services, please notify the City of Englewood at 303-762-2430 at least 48 hours in advance of when services are needed.
