The Board of Adjustment and Appeals is a quasi-judicial board that reviews variance requests and appeals of Englewood's zoning regulations and building codes. The board hears and determines appeals from denial of building permits; makes special exceptions to the terms of the zoning regulations in harmony with their general purpose and intent; and authorizes variances from the strict application of regulations in such situations and subject to such limitations as may be set by ordinance.
The findings and decision of the board are final, subject only to judicial review.
Board of Adjustment meets the 2nd Wednesday of every month, as needed, at 7:00 p.m., at Englewood Civic Center, City Council Chambers, 1000 Englewood Pkwy, Englewood, CO.
