The City of Englewood is now utilizing a software system that will allow for full electronic submittal of projects, permits and contractor licenses.  The system provides for online payment thus eliminating the need for phone payments or office visits.  Inspections may also be requested using the new system.  Create your secure account at ims.englewoodco.gov to submit required documents, receive notifications throughout the review process, make online payments, and communicate with staff.

A Contractor License or Certificate of Registration is required to perform construction work within the Englewood city limits.

Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, association, or organization who undertakes to perform construction for compensation must obtain a Contractor License or Certificate of Registration and provide an affidavit of legal residency or presence in the United States.
