The city is utilizing a permit/project submittal and tracking system in an effort to streamline filing and tracking projects online.  iMS Solution replaces the former TRAKIT system. The new system offers a standardized, paperless permit and project process, with information more readily accessible throughout the lifecycle of any project. The system allows for email and online communication which can result in a more efficient and higher-quality permit and project process.
