Advertise in the Englewood Magazine 

The City of Englewood’s quarterly magazine informs residents about city news and programs, and recreational and educational activities and events in the community. The magazine is mailed to all businesses and households within the city limits. The magazine is also available online, the Malley and Englewood Recreation Centers, and the library and Civic Center.

Premium Placement *

• 1/2 page ad inside front cover (7.375" x 4.75", no bleed) – $1,250
• 1/2 page, city section (7.375" x 4.75", no bleed) – $1,000
• 1/4 page, city section (3.6875" x 4.75", no bleed) – $500

Standard (inside pages where space is available at designer’s discretion)*

• 1/2 page ad (7.375" x 4.75", no bleed) – $750
• 1/4 page ad (3.6875" x 4.75", no bleed) – $250

Ad Information

• Ads are on a “first come, first serve” basis. All advertising must be paid in advance.
• Ad placement is contingent upon space availability.
• Advertisements must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Except as required by applicable law no advertisement shall depict or promote matters that are not suitable for all ages, including: non-health related sexual content, fighting words, tobacco, illegal drugs, or illegal acts.
• Design services are available at a rate of $80/hr. (minimum 1 hour)

Circulation 

• 21,500 households and businesses – 4 times/year

Artwork Specifications

• Color: All ads are full color.
• File Formats: High resolution PDF or .eps file formats are preferred. High resolution .jpg files are also accepted.
• Fonts: Please convert text to outlines.

Ad Submittal & Payment

Please submit artwork, full payment, and a completed submittal form by each deadline. Artwork must be submitted electronically via email. Accepted forms of payment are: cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please make checks payable to: City of Englewood.
