Records Requests
Records requests for Police and Code Enforcement may be made at the front counter of the Englewood Police Department between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). A valid government issued photo ID in addition to a fully completed request for records form will be required to receive any report.
You may also request records online by submitting a request through this form. Once we review your request, you will receive an email with either a cost estimate or the final amount due.
Digital Media Requests
If you are requesting any digital media (body camera, dash camera, 911 audio recordings, etc), you must submit an online request through this form. An Audio/Video Technician will email you with the projected minimum cost to produce the requested media. This cost must be paid in advance. The requestor will also be notified of any additional fees associated with the request.

The reports are available to the drivers involved in the accident and to the drivers' insurance companies. You will need the Last Name of Involved Party, Case Number, and Incident Date to download the report. The charge for each accident report is $5.
