Questions about Park Services

  • Who do I contact for a parks maintenance concern or issue?
    • Answer: We appreciate feedback from our residents and park visitors.  To report a maintenance concern or problem, please call 303-762-2684 or 303-762-2680 during regular business hours or 303-761-7410 during off hours and holidays.  For emergencies, please call 911.
  • How can I reserve a park pavilion?
  • Can I do a memorial tree in an Englewood park?
    • Answer: Yes! A Memorial Tree not only gives a lasting legacy to a loved one or a meaningful event but also brings life and beauty to the community for years to come.  Memorial trees are acknowledged on a commemorative tree plaque located at the Englewood Civic Center or at the Broken Tee Golf Course, depending on location of  the memorial tree.
    • For memorial trees located at the Broken Tee Golf Course, please contact Shannon Buccio at 303-762-2673 for information.
    • Effective January 2023, the Memorial Bench Program has temporarily been suspended.
  • Does the Parks Division have mulch available to the public?
    • Answer: Free mulch is available to Englewood citizens throughout the year. The mulch is from Christmas trees that were dropped off in January.  Call Jerry Barton at 303-762-2523 to arrange your pick up. Pick up is a 1/4 of a mile north of the City of Englewood's Service Center (2800 S Platte River Drive) around the bend on the right hand side. Please bring your own supplies.
