Questions about Recreation Services

How can I get a copy of the Recreation Activities Guide?

Answer:  The Englewood Citizen Magazine and Recreation Guide is published four times a year.  The Recreation Guide contains all the details on upcoming recreation classes and events and is mailed to all Englewood residents. If you are a non-resident and would like to get on the mailing list, please email your mailing address to RecreationNews@englewoodgov.org or call 303-762-2680. They are also available online, and you can pick one up at many City facilities:

  • Englewood Recreation Center, 1155 W. Oxford Avenue
  • Englewood Civic Center, 1000 Englewood Parkway
  • Englewood Public Library, 1000 Englewood Parkway
  • Malley Recreation Center, 3380 S. Lincoln Street
Can I register for recreation classes online?
Answer: Yes! Visit Recreation Programs to search for classes and register online.

What is your refund policy?
Answer:  If you paid on a credit card, we will refund you the full dollar amount back on to your credit card.  If you paid in cash or by check, you can transfer your dollar amount to another class/program or retain a household credit to be used in the future.  For all Excursion or Outdoor Adventures, a refund of the activity fee, less a $5 cancellation charge, will automatically be given if the cancellation occurs five business days (M-F) prior to the date of the activity, unless indicated.  Note that some activities have early cancellation dates.  If cancellation occurs within five working days of the activity, or after the early cancellation date, a refund, less a $5 cancellation charge, will be given only if the space can be filled.

Visit Parks, Recreation, Library and Golf online for details on these and other parks and recreation related topics.
