Construction activities involving the installation, remodeling, repair, or replacement of systems within or on buildings or structures require a Certificate of Registration for the appropriate class of work as follows:

    R-1    Electrical Contractor    no fee

    R-2    Plumbing Contractor    $75

    R-3    Plumbing/Mechanical Contractor    $100

Requirements for Certificate of Registration:

• City of Englewood License - register at ims.englewoodco.gov
• A State of Colorado Master License 
• State of Colorado Contractor License
• R-3 also requires ICC Certification

Expiration:  Licenses and certificates expire one year from the date of issuance.

Renewal:  All licenses and certificates, except those which are revoked or suspended, which have expired may be renewed upon registration and payment of the required fee at ims.englewoodco.gov
